Single Mode Fused WDM Wavelength Division Multiplexer 1310nm and 1550nm
Basic Information:
Fuse WDM is based on fused biconical taper technology with ultra-low insertion. It could be integrated directly into long-haul telecommunication, digital, hybrid and am-video systems, CATV systems & fiber optic Sensors, and High-speed local area networks. These couplers are GR-1221-CORE and CR-1073-CORE qualified, we also provides customized design to meet individual needs and applications.
Geehe started to develop from fused biconical tape machines in the 2003 year, now the biconical tape machines have expanded to 280 units. The software was also developed by ourselves. Therefore, we have better control over quality and are in a better position to develop new products.

WDM Cable Type:
1. Single-mode fibers allow one mode to propagate.
2. Multimode fibers support the propagation of multiple modes.
3. Wavelength range is the range of wavelengths the WDM will operate in.
4. Bandwidth, also called channel spacing, is the size of the windows in nm.
5. Channel spacing is the center-to-center difference in frequency between neighboring channels. Two hundred GHz corresponds to .4 nm spacing, 100 GHz corresponds to .2 nm spacing, and 50 GHz corresponds to .1 nm spacing.
6. Number of channels is the number of channels the device has to send information. This number can range from 4 to 160 with design enhancements adding more channels.
7. Insertion loss is the attenuation caused by the insertion of wavelength division multiplexers (WDM) in an optical transmission system.
Polarization-dependent loss is the maximum deviation in insertion loss across all input polarization states.
