Light Weight 1.5M G657A1 Aqua Multimode OM3 Fiber Pigtail LC
Basic Information:
LC fiber optic pigtails, including the single-mode and multimode types, these LC fiber pigtails are with premium grade connectors and with typical l 0.9mm outer diameter cables. Simplex LC fiber pigtails and duplex LC fiber pigtails are available, with different cable colors, cable diameter, and jacket types optional.
It is with one-piece construction and pulls proof design. LC is a low-cost but high performance, which makes it one of the most popular cables. We supply the single-mode 9/125, multimode 50/125, and multimode 62.5/125 types LC fiber optic pigtail cables. They are with various UPC, and APC connectors respectively. Our LC fiber pigtails are available in simplex or duplex versions, with custom design available.

More Options Of Fiber Optic Pigtails:
How to Choose Fiber Optic Pigtail?
1) Fiber Cable Mode: Single Mode or Multimode
The mode of fiber patch cables indicates how light beams travel within the fiber. There are two fiber cable modes: single mode and multimode.
2) Choose the Right Cable Jacket Type (PVC/LSZH/OFNP/Armored)
Usually, there are three cable jacket types: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) and Optical Fiber Nonconductive Plenum (OFNP). You can see there features in figure below and choose the right one for your network.
3) Connector Type: LC, SC, ST or Others
There are many connector types used in fiber patch cables such as LC, SC, ST, MTP or MPO listed in this article How Many Fiber Connector Types Do You Know? Aside from these connectors, there is a latest connector design called MDC connector, which enables the highest achievable connector density by delivering a 3X advantage over a standard LC connector. The different connector types are to plug into different interfaces, so you’d better affirm the interface type of the devices you are using the first time.
4) Choose the Right Connector Polish Type (UPC/APC)
Since the loss of the APC connector is lower than UPC connectors, usually, the optical performance of APC connectors is better than UPC connectors. In the current market, the APC connectors are widely used in applications such as FTTx, passive optical network (PON) and wavelength-division multiplexing (WDM) that are more sensitive to return loss. But APC connector is usually expensive than UPC connector, so you should weigh the pros and cons. With those applications that call for high precision optical fiber signaling, APC should be the first consideration, but less sensitive digital systems will perform equally well using UPC. Usually, connector color of APC patch cable is green, and of UPC patch cable is blue.
